This is one of those star-studded movies that are based on a best-selling book. The stars in this movie includes Jennifer Aniston, Ben Affleck, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Connelly, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connolly, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Drew Barrymore who is also the Executive Producer of the movie.
Basically the movie involves the story of Gigi and Alex; Janine, Ben and Anna; Connor, Anna, and Mary; and Beth and Neil. It’s like a circle of stories that connects one story to the next and the next.
Gigi was rejected by Conor and she met Alex who is Conor’s best friend. He told her that Conor wasn’t interested in her at all because if he did, he would have already made a move. After their talk, Gigi kept calling Alex every time she goes on dates and asks for advices. Eventually the two became a couple after feeling off with each other for a moment when she kissed him.
The rest of the plot is equally as cute and interesting but what I like most is the story between Beth and Neil. Beth and Neil are together for 7 years but Neil does not believe in getting married. When Beth heard about this whole new realization by Gigi, she then confronted Neil at home and said she can’t deal with the relationship anymore and left Neil and broke-up!
The story is fun to watch and it’s quite entertaining. Some may like it while others may not. It’s more focused on the females so guys may end up sleeping through the movie.

I think the movie is trying to make a point in a sober and yet funny way about how girls are brought up to become some very stupid women… when it comes to men…
